Eight miles east of Canby, the Molalla property is 1 ½ miles long, and offers excellent water for native summer and winter steelhead, spring Chinook and smallmouth bass. The single remaining undammed river flowing from the Cascade Mountains into the Willamette River, the Molalla is subject to greater river level fluctuations than other cascade rivers. Fly fishing is popular at this property.
