The Trask #3 property is about 1/3 of a mile in length and offers two deep Chinook/Coho holes and a couple of nice drifts. This fishing spot is known as the “Rock Hole,” and is considered one of the best Chinook holes on the Trask. It’s situated about two miles downstream of the Trask River Hatchery which releases fin-clipped spring and fall Chinook and Coho. There are also healthy natural populations of salmon, steelhead and sea run cutthroat trout. The Trask River is known to produce “world class” runs of winter steelhead.
